Returns, Refunds & Exchanges Policy

 

Please note that due to the nature of our products being used for private parts, we are unable to offer returns, refunds, or exchanges for different sizes.

However, if you receive your order and encounter a problem such as a defect, missing item, or wrong item, please contact us within 24 hours, and we will promptly resolve the issue for you.

 

Cancellation Policy

 

If you contact us within 2 hours after completing your payment, a transaction fee of 5.6% of the order total will be charged.

If you contact us between 2 to 12 hours, a transaction fee and handling fee of 10% of the order total will be charged.

If you contact us after 12 hours, a transaction and handling fee of 15% of the order total will be charged. Orders cannot be canceled once the parcel has been shipped out.

 

Late or Missing Refunds

 

If you have not received a refund, please first check your bank account.

Next, contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for the refund to be officially issued.

If necessary, please also contact your bank, as refunds often require processing time.

If you have completed all the necessary steps but still have not received a refund, please contact us at cs@zeds-production.com.

 

Sale Items

 

You will be responsible for covering the shipping costs for returned items. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, the return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund. The arrival time of exchanged products may vary depending on your location.

We recommend using a traceable shipping service or purchasing transportation insurance.
